I offer three different treatments:

Reflexology is much more than just a relaxing foot massage. It is a method for activating the healing powers of the body.

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique which uses spiritual energy to treat physical ailments without using pressure, manipulation or massage.

Indian Head Massage is a wonderful method of releasing tension which accumulates in the neck, shoulders and head. It has many physiological and psychological benefits too.

I work from a tranquil treatment room at my home in Leighton Buzzard, which is easily accessible from Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Bedford and Aylesbury.
