On Feel Good Friday (3rd February) I will be donating £15 to Samaritans for every Reflexology or Reiki treatment given. For that day only the price of a treatment will be just £30, which means that 50% of what you pay will go to Samaritans! Every year, 18,750 Samaritans volunteers support 5 million calls for help across the UK from people who might be struggling to cope. Samaritans are open 24:7, 365 days a year and need £10 million every year just to keep the service running – 96 per cent of this is funded by voluntary donations.
The money raised will help save lives. I aim to raise at least £100, enough to recruit 5 new volunteers to help Samaritans provide a life-saving service for the millions of cries for help they receive each year.

A foot health treatment includes nail trimming, treating ingrown nails, corns, calluses, verrucas, fungal nail infections, athletes foot, cracked heels and hard skin, advise on day to day foot care and a relaxing foot massage.
Reflexology is a specific foot massage that uses a pressure technique to affect reflex points on your feet. Stress and anxiety lead to exhaustion, making us more susceptible to illness. A reflexology treatment is deeply relaxing and helps to reduce tension, allowing the body to re-balance, repair and re-energise.
Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique which uses vibrational healing energy without pressure, manipulation or massage. It is an holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of a person - body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Bach Flower Therapy encourages a positive change in your mental attitude and emotional state at times of difficulty and fatigue when negativity has crept in. You do not have to be physically ill to benefit; the flower essences are invaluable in restoring balance before physical symptoms appear.
